Unlike a great many other relationship and divorce specialists, I do not believe it is required to refrain from all relationships and soon you have actually emotionally recovered from your own divorce or separation. That I am using the word “relationship” loosely in this recommendation before you disagree with my statement, it’s important to recognize. I will be by no means implying that divorcees should leap into committed, long-lasting, monogamous relationships. In my own meaning, rebound relationships could just simply take numerous types: a relationship that is monogamous two different people whom agree totally that it’s not going to be long-lasting, or even for others, numerous short-term non-monogamous relationships. Simply speaking, really the only requirement within my mind for a “relationship” to qualify as a rebound could be the not enough intent to produce a long-term, lasting partnership.
